This is a 15% increase over the 43.24mAh capacity of the first-generation AirPods Pro.

The MagSafe charging case for the second-generation AirPods Pro has a battery capacity of 523mAh, an increase of just 4mAh over the previous model.

According to Apple , the MagSafe charging case for the second-generation AirPods Pro provides an additional 6 hours of battery life, for a total of 30 hours of listening with active noise cancellation enabled.

So it’s likely that the longer battery life of the charging case actually comes primarily from improvements to the earbuds themselves.
