Patriot released New P400 Series PCIe 4.0 M.2 Solid State Drives.
Patriot, one of the world leaders in high-performance memory, SSD, gaming peripherals, and flash storage solutions, has just released the new P400 series PCIe 4.0 M.2 NVMe solid-state drives.
Combining the latest PCIe 4.0 master + best-in-class components, the P400 series SSD can achieve double the transfer efficiency compared to standard PCIe 3.0 x4 solutions.
In addition, thanks to lower power consumption, the P400 series SSDs are also ideal for notebook users.
Officials claim that the P400 series SSD can provide faster data access, multitasking, and fast transfer rates of up to 5000 MB/s.
Roger Shinmoto, vice president of Patriot’s storage business unit, said that the P400 series of PCIe 4.0 M.2 NVMe SSDs aims to be the ideal choice for a broad range of budget-conscious consumers.
The combination of single-sided disk body design + graphene cooling solution makes it not only easy to install on desktop computers, but also suitable for use scenarios such as notebook computers with relatively limited space.
To improve stability and reliability, Patriot also equips the P400 with advanced firmware, end-to-end data path protection, and intelligent ECC error correction to ensure optimal performance for workloads such as video editing, game combat, audio creativity, and more.
In terms of capacity, the Patriot P400 is available in a 500GB / 1TB version, with sequential write speeds of 3300 and 4800 MB/s, and write endurance of 400 / 800 TBW.
Specifications at a glance
Unfortunately, as a PCIe 4.0 M.2 NVMe SSD that focuses on cost-effective experience, Patriot only provides a three-year limited warranty for the P400 series.
