The world fastest CFExpress Type B memory card: Up to 1.9GB/s.

Lexar releases the world’s fastest CFExpress Type B memory card with a reading speed of up to 1.9GB/s.

On April 25, Lexar today announced a range of high-end memory card products, including the world’s fastest DIAMOND series, the CFExpress Type B.

It has a read speed of up to 1.9GB/s and a write speed of 1.7GB/s , making it easy to record 8K/6K/4K RAW video. At the same time, the GOLD series CFExpress Type A was released, with a maximum read and write speed of 900MB/s and 800MB/s , which can also meet the needs of 8K video recording.

Both are VPG 400 compliant and can guarantee a minimum sustained write speed of 400MB/s.

Also released is the CFExpress Type A card reader, which provides a USB-C interface and supports USB 3.1 10Gbps.
