Xiaomi 14 With HyperOS and Snapdragon 8 Gen3 Unveiled
On October 26th in China, Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro officially will be released, marking the pinnacle of Xiaomi’s high-end flagship lineup.
It is reported that Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro are the first to feature the HyperOS operating system, a brand-new, in-house ecosystem developed by Xiaomi.
Xiaomi’s founder, Lei Jun, mentioned that Xiaomi is committed to unifying support for all ecosystem devices and applications through an integrated system framework.
With the introduction of Xiaomi’s HyperOS, the People-Car-Home ecosystem will become a complete closed loop.

With HyperOS, Xiaomi can seamlessly connect various product categories such as smartphones, home appliances, wearables, and automobiles, providing comprehensive solutions for users’ daily lives.
In addition to debuting HyperOS, Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro are also the first to feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Mobile Platform, the third-generation in this series. This chip is built on the Qualcomm Kryo 64-bit architecture and uses a 4nm process technology. Compared to the previous generation, it boasts a 30% increase in CPU performance and a 20% improvement in power efficiency.
On the GPU front, the third-generation Snapdragon 8 features the Adreno 750@903MHz, delivering a 25% boost in both performance and efficiency. It also supports a new-generation graphics motion engine, capable of achieving a maximum of 240FPS ultra-high frame rate for mobile gaming.
Furthermore, Xiaomi is set to unveil several other new products, including the Xiaomi Watch S3 and the Xiaomi TV S Pro Mini LED series, making it an exciting lineup worth looking forward to.
